FRONT OFFICE EXECUTIVE

POSITION: FRONT OFFICE EXECUTIVE

EXPERIENCE: 0-5 YEARS

QUALIFICATION: GRADUATE (FRESHERS) 10+2 (EXPERIENCED)

INDUSTRY: HOSPITALITY/RETAIL/WELLNESS/FITNESS/SPORTS/BEAUTY

LOCATION: O2 SPA - PAN INDIA OUTLETS

WORKING HOURS: 9HRS SHIFT

We are looking for a Front Office Executive to manage our spa outlet area’s Pan India

Front Office Executive will act as the ‘face’ of our company and ensure our

customers receive a heartwarming welcome.

**Requirements**:
Proven work experience as a Front desk Executive or Reception Executive will be

added advantage.

Should combine a pleasant personality with a dynamic professional attitude to

supervise and lead team.

Proven work experience in People Skills, Customer Service, & Guest Relations.

A passion for delivering exceptional levels of guest service

Good Knowledge of Sales. And ability to achieve the given Sales Targets.

Hands on experience with office machines (e.g. fax machines and printers).

Thorough knowledge of customer service, office management and basic

bookkeeping procedures.

Proficiency in English (oral and written).

Solid knowledge of MS Office, particularly Excel and Word.

Excellent communication and people skills.

Good organizational and multitasking abilities.

Problem-solving skills.

**Responsibilities**:
Managing and training the Front Office staff

Ensuring the front desk provides a professional and friendly service for guests

Dealing with guests

Arranging staff scheduling

Acting as liaison between Spa Executive and staff

Diplomacy and the ability to communicate clearly

Firm leadership skills

The ability to multitask, prioritize and manage time

The ability to perform under pressure

Must be highly motivated

Coordinate all front desk activities, including calls, reservations and guests

services.

Should be able to deal efficiently with complaints and has a solid customer

service approach.

Ensure front desk is tidy and has all necessary stationery and material (e.g. pens,

forms and informative leaflets).

Train, supervise and support office staff, including receptionists, security guards

and call center agents.

Schedule shifts.

Ensure timely and accurate customer service.

Handle complaints and specific customers requests.

Troubleshoot emergencies.

Monitor stock and order office supplies.

Ensure proper mail distribution.

Prepare and monitor office budget.

Keep updated records of office expenses and costs.

Ensure company’s policies and security requirements are met.

Meeting the Sales Targets.

Maximize revenue generation of the Spa.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
