**Position**: Sales & Marketing Executive
**Qualification**: Diploma / B.Tech / M.Tech in Mechanical Engineering or related field
**Experience**: 1-4 years
**Salary Package**: Up to 2.8 to 4.0 LPA
**Exposure Required**: Experience in the Sheet Metal & Compressor industry (Cran) is essential.

**Roles & Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement effective sales strategies for the target market.
- Establish and expand both existing and new sales channels for industrial and portable compressors, air ends, and related products.
- Drive market growth for oil-lubricated and oil-free screw compressors.
- Coordinate and organize sales and marketing activities with distributors to meet annual sales targets and maximize profits.
- Mentor, coach, and train distributors and their sales teams.
- Plan and adjust sales policies in response to market changes.
- Monitor and control sales expenses to ensure objectives are met and payments are collected on time.
- Develop sales and marketing plans based on the budget and sales targets, and monitor their progress.
- Implement marketing strategies to leverage market intelligence, including competitor analysis, product profiles, and pricing strategies, to enhance market share and company image.
- Maintain strong relationships with end customers and clients, developing effective sales channels.
- Enhance the technical sales capabilities of distributors.
- Handle customer complaints, ensuring high-quality client services in terms of delivery, technical support, and after-sales service.
- Conduct market surveys to assess product requirements, market size, and competitors’ activities.
- Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by your supervisor.

**Required Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related major.
- Minimum 5 years of working experience in the air compressors industry.
- Direct sales experience and distributor management experience are essential.
- Self-motivated, independent, and proactive work ethic.
- Strong team spirit and collaborative mindset.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Willingness and ability to travel frequently within Thailand.
