**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts to ensure the quality of Salesforce solutions.
- Execute regression testing to ensure that new Salesforce releases or updates don’t impact existing functionality.
- Work closely with the development team to identify and troubleshoot issues in Salesforce configurations, customizations, and integrations.
- Document test results and defects clearly, ensuring that they are communicated effectively to the development team for resolution.
- Assist in the implementation of best practices for Salesforce testing, including test automation strategies.
- Collaborate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the Salesforce testing process.

**Required Skills and Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum 4 years of hands-on experience in Salesforce development and testing.
- Experience in using Salesforce testing tools such as Provar, Selenium, or similar.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce’s development lifecycle, including deployment methodologies (CI/CD).
- Proficiency in writing test plans, test cases, and detailed test reports.
- Ability to identify, reproduce, and resolve defects and issues.
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and version control systems like Git.
- Knowledge of integration testing and experience with APIs and web services (REST, SOAP).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I and/or Salesforce Certified Administrator.
- Experience in Lightning Web Components (LWC) and related testing frameworks.
- Exposure to continuous integration and deployment (CI/CD) processes.
- Experience in working in Agile environments and with tools like JIRA, TestRail, or similar.
