**Job Title**: Purchase Executive

**Location**: Anand, Gujarat
**Salary**: ₹30,000 - ₹35,000 per month
**Experience**: 3-5 Years
**Qualification**:B.E. Mechanical**

**Responsibilities**:

- **Procure raw materials, components, and mechanical parts** required for valve manufacturing.
- Source and evaluate **suppliers for castings, forgings, and other essential materials**.
- Negotiate **pricing, contracts, and delivery schedules** with vendors.
- Ensure timely procurement while maintaining **cost-effectiveness and quality standards**.
- Coordinate with **engineering, production, and quality teams** to meet operational requirements.
- Maintain **purchase records, supplier databases, and inventory reports**.
- Ensure compliance with **industry standards, API, ASME, ISO, and company procurement policies**.
- Work with finance and logistics teams for **invoice verification and payment processing**.
- Monitor **market trends, new materials, and supplier capabilities** to optimize procurement strategies.

**Requirements**:

- **B.E. Mechanical** with **3-5 years of experience** in procurement within the **valve manufacturing or mechanical industry**.
- Strong understanding of **raw materials like castings, forgings, and machining processes**.
- Knowledge of **sourcing plans, vendor development, and supply chain management**.
- Familiarity with **ERP/SAP software for procurement and inventory control**.
- Excellent **negotiation, communication, and analytical skills**.
- Experience in working with **QMS/OHSAS and regulatory compliance**
