**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide daily technical support to hotel staff for hardware, software, and network-related issues.
- Maintain and troubleshoot hotel systems including PMS, POS, back-office systems, Wi-Fi infrastructure, IPTV, and VoIP.
- Monitor and maintain LAN/WAN networks, servers, routers, switches, firewalls, and CCTV systems.
- Ensure data security, backup procedures, and recovery protocols are in place and functioning.
- Coordinate with external IT vendors for software licenses, system upgrades, and hardware maintenance.
- Support the installation and configuration of new software and hardware.
- Maintain an inventory of all IT equipment and licenses.
- Provide IT orientation and basic training to new staff.
- Ensure compliance with hotel IT policies and cybersecurity best practices.
- Document incidents, issues, and resolutions accurately in IT support logs.
- Stay updated on the latest technologies and recommend improvements as needed.

**Qualifications & Skills**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 2-4 years of experience in an IT support role, preferably in the hospitality industry.
- Familiarity with hotel systems like Opera, IDS, MICROS, or similar PMS/POS systems is an advantage.
- Strong knowledge of Windows OS, MS Office, networking, and server management.
- Understanding of cybersecurity practices and data privacy regulations.
- Excellent troubleshooting, communication, and customer service skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks.

**Working Conditions**:

- On-site role with rotational shifts, including weekends and holidays as required.
- May be required to be on call for emergency IT support.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to ₹35,000.00 per month
