**Job Description
**Designation**: Deputy Engineer

**Department**: Material Science

**Job Location**: Pimpri, Pune

**Experience**: 1-5 Years

**Education Qualification**: Technical Diploma (Electrical Engineering)

**Work requirement/Project deliverables**:

- Teardown & analysis of benchmark Electric vehicles and aggregates while adhering to EV specific safety protocols.
- Capture data of benchmark vehicles as per standard format.
- Photography of components in various intended views of each component.
- Process data and photos to upload on TDBM internal website.

**Job Responsibility**:

- Responsible for EV & ICE Vehicle Teardown & capturing the benchmark data in Standards Templates.
- Aggregate teardown for EV/ ICE Vehicles.
- Ability to Identify & generate Electrical Technical datasheets.
- Generate VAVE ideas. Prepare theme reports & Feature study report on Torn down vehicles.
- Responsible for E&E Proprietary Part teardown (Wiring Harness & Other Electrical components in EV & ICE vehicle)
- Responsible for Vehicle /Aggregate/Parts level photography of EV Vehicles Ensure standards Quality with 11 view Photographs.
- Generate benchmarking Vehicle Harness 2D Layouts, Component Topology, Schematic Preparation of Wiring Harness. (Hand on experience on wiring Harness related software)
- Good communication & Presentation skills.

**Engineering Skills**:
**Primarily Skill**:
Basic Knowledge electrical and Electronics components in Automobile, Teardown & Benchmarking of vehicles (EV Components), Generation of Study & Analysis reports, Handling the Safety Standards. Generation of VAVE ideas based on Different levers.

**Secondary Skill**:
Hands on experience on Parts Photography with Software & tools used for post processing. (Photoshop, Microsoft Picture manager), Good Communication & Presentation skills.

**Domain Knowledge**

**Must have**:
EV Vehicle Teardown & Benchmarking knowledge for EV vehicles & electrical components from ICE Vehicle.

**Preferred to have**:
knowledge of Photography techniques for Vehicle Parts & Post processing the same in Photoshop.

**Work Experience Details**:

- Minimum 3-4 Year experience in Electrical & Electronics domain in Automotive industry.
- Hands on experience in Teardown & benchmarking of E&E component & EV Systems.
- Should be worked on Development of EV Aggregate and E&E Components
- Having sound knowledge of All EV Components functioning & Integration in Vehicles.
