Requisition ID: 27171- Job Location(s): Pune, IN- We have an immediate opportunity for a _Material Planner-PPC _to join us at our diverse team. The _Material Planner-PPC_ will be responsible for the assembly process in an assembly cell from set-up to testing._ _Responsible for _managing_ _the planning to effectively create and maintain an efficient production schedule that meet customer requirements ensuring material flow across the supply chain to support current month and next month plans regulating the product mix, minimizing cycle times and effective utilizing inventory. Drive RTS model, Interco Trade business Order management, SIOP, Customer OTD, ABCQ Lead times, Risk and Opportunity for the month, Interco - Min-Max workbench, MMA, ERP._

**Responsibilities**:
**_ Responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to, the following._**
- _Monitoring RTS Sales demand and align Interco supplies._
- _Manage_ Production plan through various tools (DSS, Supplier Vis Weekly Triggers, Discrete Orders, LOB)._
- _Ensures plan Vs. Actual, Interaction with Sales OPEX & Sales team for assuring customer line coverage & anticipating fluctuation in customer plan._
- _Review & fulfill Interco Open discrete Orders. _
- _Review & provide RTS Order book visibility on weekly basis_
- _Establishing, maintaining, and improving the Planning Function to ensure optimum inventory maintenance (ABC, Min-Max), OTD improvement, lead-time reduction (ABCQ)._
- _Balancing customer requirements (Intercompany, OEMs & distribution), operational stability and financial impacts for better business results._
- _Analyzing Customer requirements vs. Interco Trade orders and Plan as per the demand._
- _Supplier Visualization Rollout, Review and realign quarterly realign min-max levels for suppliers in line with demand fluctuations and monitor the performance._
- _Monitor monthly inventory inward plan to ensure inventory targets on track_
- _E&O Liquidation_

**Background & Skills**:

- _Bachelor’s in Mechanical Engineering._
- _6-8 years of experience in Planning & procurement in Engg. Company preferably in Auto Component or Hydraulic Industry_
- _Thorough understanding of manufacturing processes as well material planning, Inventory management etc._
- _Excellent communication skills in English (written & verbal)_
- _Strong relationship with suppliers as well as customers - Internal and External_
- _Cross functions team working skills due to matrix organization reporting_
- _Order management experience_
