Company Description:

Established in 2009, Revata Engineering is a well-recognized manufacturer and supplier of equipment for the Oil & Gas industry. The company's head office and manufacturing facility is in M.I.D.C., Bhosari, Pune.

Role Description:

We are seeking an experienced
Material and Production Planner
to manage the end-to-end planning of our manufacturing operations at our Pune facility. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in production scheduling, raw material planning, inventory control, and capacity planning. Experience in the rubber molding or elastomer industry will be considered a strong advantage.

Key Responsibilities:

· Develop and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly production plans based on sales forecasts and customer orders.

· Monitor and ensure timely availability of raw materials, semi-finished goods, and tools required for production.

· Plan and track inventory levels to ensure optimal stock without overstocking or shortages.

· Coordinate closely with procurement, stores, production, and quality teams to align material availability with production schedules.

· Manage shop floor loading and capacity planning to optimize resource utilization and minimize downtime.

· Create and manage work orders, ensuring on-time job releases and accurate job sequencing.

· Maintain accurate production data, monitor work-in-progress (WIP), and provide regular reporting on KPIs.

· Work proactively to identify and resolve bottlenecks, delays, or material shortages.

· Participate in continuous improvement initiatives related to planning and supply chain efficiency.

· Ensure adherence to production timelines while maintaining quality standards.

Qualifications:

· Bachelor's degree or diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Production Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or equivalent.

· Minimum 5 years of experience in production and material planning, preferably in a rubber moulding or component manufacturing environment.

· Strong understanding of MRP/ERP systems, inventory management, and production workflows.

· Ability to interpret technical drawings, BOMs, and process sheets.

· Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.

· Proficient in MS Excel and planning software/tools.

· Detail-oriented and able to work under tight deadlines.

Office Timings:
Monday - Saturday (8:30 AM to 5:30 PM)

Renumeration:
CTC will be as per industry standard.
