Position Overview:
A Medical Doctor with 2-3 years of experience is a seasoned healthcare professional who has completed their MBBS (Bachelor of Medicine, Bachelor of Surgery) degree and gained valuable clinical experience through practice and residency. They play a crucial role in diagnosing illnesses, providing medical care, and managing patients' health conditions across various settings, such as hospitals, clinics, and healthcare facilities.

Key Responsibilities:

- Patient Care and Consultation:

- Conduct comprehensive medical consultations, including history-taking, physical examinations, and assessment of symptoms.
- Order and interpret diagnostic tests, such as blood tests, imaging studies, and other relevant investigations.
- Formulate accurate diagnoses and develop appropriate treatment plans based on evidence-based medicine and clinical guidelines.
- Treatment and Intervention:

- Prescribe medications, therapies, and interventions to manage acute and chronic illnesses effectively.
- Perform minor medical procedures, such as wound care, suturing, and administering injections, as required.
- Monitor patients' progress, adjust treatment regimens, and provide follow-up care to ensure optimal health outcomes.
- Multidisciplinary Collaboration:

- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, including specialists, nurses, therapists, and pharmacists, to coordinate patient care.
- Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings, case discussions, and patient rounds to review treatment plans and facilitate holistic care delivery.
- Consult with colleagues and seek second opinions when dealing with complex medical cases or treatment dilemmas.
- Patient Education and Counseling:

- Educate patients and their families about their medical conditions, treatment options, and preventive measures.

Qualifications and Skills:
