**General Physician (Allopathic Medicine)**

**Position Overview**

**Key Responsibilities**
- **Patient Consultation and Examination**:

- Conduct thorough patient consultations to assess symptoms, medical history, and health concerns.
- Perform physical examinations and diagnostic evaluations to identify underlying health conditions.
- **Diagnosis and Treatment**:

- Diagnose and treat a wide range of acute and chronic illnesses using evidence-based medical practices.
- Prescribe medications and therapies tailored to individual patient needs.
- **Patient Counseling**:

- Provide clear and compassionate guidance to patients regarding their health conditions, treatment plans, and preventive measures.
- Address patient concerns and educate them about lifestyle modifications, diet, and medication adherence.
- **Health Monitoring and Follow-Up**:

- Monitor patient progress and make adjustments to treatment plans as necessary.
- Maintain regular follow-ups to ensure the effectiveness of prescribed treatments.
- **Preventive Care**:

- Promote preventive healthcare by conducting routine check-ups and recommending vaccinations or health screenings.
- Advocate for wellness initiatives and educate patients on disease prevention strategies.
- **Record Maintenance**:

- Accurately document patient medical history, diagnosis, treatment plans, and progress in medical records.
- Ensure compliance with medical protocols and ethical standards.
- **Collaboration**:

- Work collaboratively with specialists and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
- Refer patients to appropriate specialists when advanced care or further evaluation is needed.

**Required Qualifications and Skills**:

- **Education**: MBBS degree from a recognized medical institution; additional certifications or specializations in Allopathic Medicine are a plus.
- **Experience**: A minimum of [insert years] of clinical experience in general medicine.

**Remuneration**:
Competitive salary and benefits package, commensurate with experience and expertise.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
