**Roles & Responsibilities**:

- Create training materials and assessments based on organizational needs.
- Deliver workshops, webinars, and seminars for staff, students, or applicants.
- Assess trainee progress and provide constructive feedback.
- Improve soft skills, especially in customer-facing roles like admissions.
- Continuously update knowledge on admission policies and educational trends.
- Align training with institutional goals and monitor its effectiveness.
- Guide staff for open houses, admission fairs, and student orientations.
- Tailor sessions to different audiences, such as international students or specific academic groups.
- Maintain records of training sessions and report on outcomes for improvements.

**Qualifications**:
- Proven experience in a managerial role, preferably within the education consultancy or training sector.

- Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and motivate a team to achieve targets.
- Proficient in using technology for training and performance evaluation
