We are looking for a dynamic, high-energy individual for Direct Marketing functions in real estate, who has worked with well-known organizations. He should be a go-getter with a pleasing personality and excellent communication skills

REQUIRED CANDIDATE PROFILE:
Position: Direct Marketing Executive

Qualification: Any Graduate

Experience: 0.5 - 3 year

Location: Hyderabad

RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Fixing up site visits for clients and briefing them about the whole project.
- Managing sales by developing a plan that covers all sales prospects.
- Convincing them on property investment and its benefits.
- Generating referrals from existing customers and promoting Own a Plot privilege schemes.
- Complete satisfaction of the customer from site visit to handover of the project.
- Pointing out a property's best features to prospective buyers and answering their queries.
- Suggesting the best property to the clients based on their requirements and budget.
- Tracking sales goals and reporting results as necessary.
- Maintaining a good relationship with customers pre and post-sales.
- Negotiation and maintaining contact with all parties.
- Meticulous follow-up with the clients and pursuing them for investing in Own a plot Participating in property exhibitions and generating a database of prospective buyers.
- Working for accomplishing self and team targets.
- A person should have the ability to work in a team and maintain good relations with colleagues.

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- Must be presentable.
- Should have a positive attitude & should be confident to accept new challenges.
- A person should be self-motivated.
- Own conveyance is must.
- Ability to Handle a team/ Leadership Qualities/Management skills.
- Fluent in English.

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
