**Duties and Responsibilities**:
1) **In-process Inspection and touch up of surface mount components.**

2) **Should be capable to analyze the marked issues are acceptable or need to do rework.**

3) **Ability to do rework with soldering station and hot air gun.**

4) **Responsible for SMT quality, errors, and losses.**

5) Generate process step based on complexity of product. (Baking, pre-heat, ESD measures, Masking etc.)

6) Set appropriate temperature settings for soldering station and Rework station according to process.

7) Ensure assembly schedule meets required start and end dates.

8) Achieve the targets (according to workhours) in every month, lesser productivity may lead to PIP.

9) Training of new joiners/freshers for touch up related activities.

**Qualifications**:
**1 to 3 years **of proven experience in **Rework on SMT components **(i.e. BGI, ICs, SMD).

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
