here’s what will be in store for you at CRED once you join as a part of the team

**what you will do**:

- be the owner for new initiatives and special projects to drive and move large rocks in the CRED pay roadmap
- own pre market analysis, market opportunity sizing, build a right to win for launch of 0-1 initiatives within the product roadmap
- conduct outside-in market and competitive analysis to develop key insights
- identify, define, manage and drive special projects and initiatives that are cross-functional and strategic CRED
- solve high-impact business problems through a mix of analytical and creative problem solving
- evaluate new business initiatives and opportunities - develop a business model and identify ways to service the opportunities
- drive external-facing discussions with potential partners and investors
- drive governance improvements through efficient project management and ensuring product roadmap is in sync with market trends
- lead business planning for high growth merchant business including formulation of annual, monthly and daily plans on key performance metrics
- drive business performance insights working closely with the marketing, growth & analytics, partnerships teams
- define metrics to measure the health and success of the business
- create strategic value-added analyses around growth opportunities, retention levers and core business metrics in order to drive better decisioning and results
- conduct ongoing analysis of key business drivers, trends and performance indicators
- measure and present health of business metrics across the organization in different forums with right level of depth on leading reasons
- 3+ years of consulting / strategy / investment banking or related experience; some experience in financial services is preferred
- exceptional analytical, problem solving and research skills
- a knack for seeing what’s next - requires you to relentlessly question the status quo to identify new opportunities through strategic vision and creativity
- business acumen to appreciate and understand levers for business growth and profitability
- ability to see the big picture - see how decisions and choices affect the long-term viability and the overall effectiveness of the organization. You need to understand the big picture and vision
- multiple functional perspectives - In order to solve strategic problems and effectively pursue strategic opportunities you must understand how each function contributes to the grand plan
