We are pleased to inform you of an opening for the position of **Receptionist cum Operations Executive** at **Jewelex**, located at **BKC**.
**Position**: Receptionist cum Operations Executive
**Experience**: 2 to 12 years
**Qualification**: Undergraduate / Graduate
**Age Limit**: Up to 30 years
**Communication Skills**: Fluent in English
- Welcome visitors by greeting them in person or over the phone; answer or refer inquiries.
- Direct visitors by maintaining employee and department directories and providing instructions.
- Monitor and maintain office security by following procedures and monitoring CCTV as required.
- Ensure smooth operation of the telecommunication system throughout the day.
- Maintain a clean and professional reception area, adhering to office rules and standards.
- Manage and sort incoming and outgoing mail/deliveries.
- Maintain inventory and order front office supplies as needed.
- Update calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments.
- Arrange travel and accommodations and prepare related vouchers.
- Provide administrative support and contribute to back-end operational work as required.
- Assist in daily office operations, including documentation, follow-ups, coordination with departments, and basic reporting.
- Display multitasking and time-management skills with the ability to prioritize effectively.
- Demonstrate strong telephone etiquette, communication skills, listening skills, and customer focus.
