The Junior Sales role in Envision Next LLP will involve assisting the sales team in promoting and selling RERA services to clients. This position requires a strong understanding of the real estate market, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build and maintain client relationships.

**Core Duties**:
1.Assist the sales team in identifying potential clients and generating leads through various channels, such as online platforms, referrals, and networking events.
2. Conduct market research to gather information on property listings, market trends, and competitor analysis to support sales strategies.
3. Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement effective sales strategies and tactics to achieve sales targets.
4. Engage with clients to understand their real estate needs, provide information on available properties, and guide them through the sales process.
5. Prepare and present sales proposals, contracts, and other relevant documents to clients, ensuring accuracy and compliance with legal requirements.
6. Maintain a database of client information, inquiries, and sales activities using CRM software or other tools.
7. Follow up with clients to provide updates, address concerns, and negotiate terms to facilitate successful property transactions.
8. Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and finance, to ensure seamless coordination and support in the sales process.
10. Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and legal regulations related to real estate sales.

**Knowledge & Skills**:
1. Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred.
2. Prior experience in sales, preferably in the real estate industry, is an advantage.
3. Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively engage with clients and build relationships.
4. Knowledge of real estate market dynamics, property valuation, and legal regulations.
5. Proficiency in using CRM software, MS Office Suite, and other relevant sales tools.
6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with excellent time management and organizational skills.
7. A proactive and results-oriented mindset, with a drive to achieve sales targets and exceed client expectations.

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
