Roles and Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute innovative social media strategies to enhance ETH Infra Pvt Ltd’s online presence.
- Manage and monitor the company’s social media accounts, including content creation, scheduling, and publishing.
- Analyze social media performance metrics and generate insightful reports to optimize campaigns.
- Engage with the audience, respond to queries, and build a strong online community.
- Collaborate with the marketing and design teams to produce creative and impactful content.
- Stay updated on social media trends and implement best practices to keep the brand ahead of competitors.
- Plan and manage paid social media advertising campaigns to achieve lead generation and brand visibility goals.
- Conduct competitor analysis to identify opportunities for improvement and differentiation.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in social media management or a related field.
- Proven track record of managing successful social media campaigns.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, and analytics tools.
- Excellent communication, creativity, and organizational skills.
- Experience with paid advertising campaigns on platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
- Familiarity with tools like Canva, Adobe Suite, or other design platforms is a plus.
