**Overview**:
**Responsibilities**:
1. Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies to increase brand visibility and drive engagement across all relevant platforms, including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and YouTube.

2. Create and curate engaging content for social media channels, including text, image, and video content.

3. Manage day-to-day activities on all social media platforms, including content scheduling, community management, and monitoring.

5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure brand consistency and alignment of messaging across all channels.

6. Analyze social media metrics and insights to track performance, identify trends, and optimize strategies for maximum reach and engagement.

7. Stay informed about the latest developments in social media marketing, including algorithm changes, new features, and best practices.

8. Stay abreast of industry trends and competitive landscape to identify opportunities for innovation.

9. Maintain a proactive approach to social media crisis management and swiftly address any issues or negative feedback.

10. Provide regular reports and insights to management on social media performance and KPIs.

**Requirements**:
1. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.

2. Minimum of 3 years of experience in social media management or a similar role.

3. Proven track record of developing and implementing successful social media campaigns.

4. In-depth knowledge of social media platforms, tools, and best practices.

5. Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to drive decision-making.

6. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

7. Creative thinker with a passion for innovation and staying ahead of industry trends.

8. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

9. Experience with social media management tools such as Hootsuite, Buffer, or Sprout Social.

10. Graphic design and video editing skills are a plus.
