- Work closely with hiring managers to understand job requirements.
- Provide insights on hiring trends and strategies for domestic markets.

Documentation & Reporting**
- Generate weekly/monthly hiring reports and metrics.

Market Research**
- Stay updated on IT hiring trends, salary benchmarks, and talent availability in the domestic market.

**Requirements**:
**Requirements**:

- ** Experience**: 1-3 years in IT recruitment, must be in the domestic region.
- ** Education**: Bachelor’s degree in HR, IT, or related fields.
- ** Skills**:

- Strong understanding of IT roles (e.g., developers, testers, analysts).
- Proficiency with ATS tools and job boards (e.g., Naukri, Monster).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- ** Certifications (preferred)**: HR or recruitment-related certifications
