We are looking for GeM & Tendering Enabler with the below mentioned skill sets.

**Role Description**
- Collating all the available GeM Bids which are live /published by various Government Departments on GeM Portal
- Reviewing the Terms and Conditions of the all the collated bid documents and identifying the bid documents wherein the relevant Group Company can bid based on the Eligibility Criteria and GeM Terms & Conditions
- Preparation of the Online and Offline Bids for submission
- Submitting of Representations and Clarifications on behalf of the Company for related Bids
- Keeping a track on the Bid Process of each Bid and accordingly take appropriate action
- Order Processing and Invoice Generation on GeM Portal
- Coordinating and Communicating with the client counterpart for completion of the GeM Bid & GeM Order Processes
- Coordinating with the Company’s Accounts Team and also with the Client Counterpart for submission or release of EMD, Performance Security & other financial matters related to GeM Portal or Bids

**Required Skills:

- **
- Sound Knowledge of GeM Processes & User Interface - Buyer Side & Seller Side
- MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint
- Knowledge of various tools required for Tender or Bid Submission
- Letter Drafting skills is must
- English, Hindi & Gujarati language proficiency - Reading, Writing & Speaking
- Knowledge & Awareness of General Finance Rules, Gujarat Government Procurement Manuals, Procurement Policies and associates GRs
- Understanding of Public Procurement Process and approval system in Government
