- Served as main liaison between clients and internal operations, creative and sales team
- Developed procedures that improved internal workflow, communication, and efficiency across all departments.
- Served as a source of customer insight and provided client feedback to upper management to increase customer satisfaction and retention.
- Coordinated with venue and association management to successfully meet event regulations and guidelines.
- Liaised between clients and internal creative teams to ensure the timely and successful delivery of trade show solutions according to client needs.
- Day-to-day management of tasks and projects with project teams.
- Served as an ambassador of the company and supported the completion of project goals in alignment with company objectives and mission.
- Supported the sales department and worked with cross-functional teams to develop and improve workflow throughout the department.
- Inventory Management.
- Shipping inbound and outbound management.
**Coordination**
- Logistics and coordination of technical aspects (Lighting, Audio Visual, Electrical)
- Sourcing and management of onsite setup crew and event photographers.
- Liaised between on-site production supervisors, clients, and internal production team.
- Coordinated with venue and association management to meet event regulations and guidelines.
**Qualification**
- Must have a Bachelor degree in Architecture.
- Must have one plus years of relevant experience.
- Must have excellent communications skills.
**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
