**ABOUT THE JOB**:
We are looking for an energetic and experienced individual to join our Client Servicing Team - MENA, who will be responsible for using digital to amplify campaigns, who can partner with their clients, work on unlocking briefs and ultimately ensure that client expectations are not only met but exceeded.

**ROLES RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Manage a portfolio of clients and provide the highest standard of support, analysis, and insights to ensure their goals achievement and, growth of revenue.
- Provide regular (Weekly, Monthly, Quarterly) business reviews and sessions with your client base.
- Work cross-functionally with the sales team to onboard new clients and help them start their first campaigns with Xapads.
- Work cross-functionally with the ad operation team to ensure campaigns are performing to the client’s expectations.
- Manage reconciliations, document flow, and invoicing with your portfolio clients.
- Prepare regular reports on campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations.

**QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS**:

- 2.0 Years of relevant Experience in the field on Client Servicing.
- Educational Qualification Post Graduation in Marketing / Advertisement.
- Hands on experience in Client Servicing in Digital Advertising Industry.
- Excellent communication & presentation skills.
