This role involves overseeing research projects, developing new products, and ensuring alignment with company goals. Collaboration with cross-functional teams, staying updated on industry trends, and managing a team are key aspects of this position. Key Responsibilities:

- **Research and Development Strategy**:Develop and implement research and development strategies to identify new product opportunities and improve existing products.
- **Project Management**:Manage the entire product development lifecycle, from concept to commercialization, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.
- **Team Leadership**:Lead and supervise a team of researchers and developers, providing guidance and support throughout the development process.
- **Collaboration**:Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and operations, to ensure alignment and successful product launches.
- **Innovation**:Drive innovation by staying up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitor activities.
- **Budget Management**:Manage the R&D budget effectively, ensuring efficient use of resources.
- **Reporting**:Prepare and present regular reports on R&D activities, progress, and results to senior management.
- **Quality Assurance**:Ensure that all products developed meet quality standards and regulatory requirements.
- **Stakeholder Management**:Build and maintain relationships with external partners, such as suppliers and research institutions, to leverage expertise and resources.

Skills and Qualifications:

- **Education**:M.Sc in Chemistry
- **Experience**: 2+ yr Proven experience in research and development, with a track record of successful product development.
- **Leadership**: Strong leadership and team management skills.
- **Communication**: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical information to diverse audiences.
- **Analytical Skills**: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- **Project Management**: Proven ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively.
- **Technical Skills**: Depending on the industry, specific technical skills may be required (e.g., in areas like chemistry, biology, or engineering).
- **Industry Knowledge**: Knowledge of relevant industry trends, regulations, and best practices.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
