The Cafe Staff is responsible for providing excellent customer service to cafe patrons, preparing and serving food and beverages, maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards, and handling cash and transactions. The Cafe Staff must work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, communicate effectively with customers and colleagues, and adhere to food safety and health regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Greet customers and take orders, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
- Prepare and serve food and beverages according to customer requests and cafe standards
- Clean and maintain cafe equipment and work areas, ensuring health and safety standards are met
- Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately and efficiently
- Assist with inventory management, restocking and ordering supplies as needed
- Collaborate with the cafe team to ensure efficient and effective operations
- Provide excellent customer service, addressing customer concerns and complaints in a timely and professional manner
- Follow food safety and hygiene procedures, including proper food handling, storage and preparation
- Ensure adherence to all cafe policies and procedures
- Perform other related duties as assigned

Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in a similar role preferred
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Basic math and cash handling skills
- Knowledge of food safety and hygiene regulations
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent, Fresher

**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
