**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Plan and deliver engaging German language lessons, focusing on reading, writing, listening, and speaking.**:

- **Prepare students for German language proficiency tests such as Goethe-Zertifikat, TestDaF, or Telc exams.**:

- **Provide customized coaching based on individual student needs, strengths, and weaknesses.**:

- **Utilize diverse teaching methods, including multimedia tools and interactive activities, to enhance the learning experience.**:

- **Monitor and evaluate student progress through assessments and feedback.**:

- **Prepare course materials, handouts, and assignments.**:

- **Assist students in understanding cultural aspects and practical usage of the German language in everyday and academic contexts.**:

- **Stay updated with the latest trends in language teaching methodologies.**:

- **Offer one-on-one or group sessions, depending on student demand.**

**Qualifications Skills**:

- **B1/B2 certification in German by Goethe/TELC or a BA/MA degree in the German language**:

- **1 to 2 years of experience in teaching (online/offline) German is recommended**:

- **Excellent command of spoken and written German**:

- **Must be presentable, innovative, and use creative teaching methodologies**:

- **Good presentation and teaching skills**:

- **Must have the ability to create video content**:

- **Evangelizing Nbyula to the users with your knowledge of the German language**:

- **Ability to prepare education material from scratch**:

- **Experience with online teaching and training (zoom, google classrooms count) is recommended**:

- **Developing language teaching and training materials**
