Job Title: Data Entry Operator

Experience**: 1-3 Years

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Accurately enter and update data into company databases and systems, ensuring consistency and reliability.
- Maintain and manage records of all data entries, ensuring they are up-to-date and easily accessible.
- Utilize Excel for data management, reporting, and analysis as required.
- Use SAP software to input, retrieve, and manage data, ensuring alignment with company operations.
- Coordinate with various departments to ensure data accuracy and resolve any discrepancies.
- Assist in generating reports and other documentation as needed.
- Ensure compliance with data privacy and security policies.
- Provide general administrative support as required.

**Qualifications**:

- Graduate in any discipline.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is mandatory.
- Knowledge of SAP is essential.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Immediate availability to join.
- Age: Less than 40 years.
