**Key Responsibilities**:

- Enter and update data in company databases, spreadsheets, and systems with speed and accuracy.
- Verify, review, and correct data to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Maintain data confidentiality and security at all times.
- Prepare, organize, and sort documents for data entry.
- Generate reports and retrieve data as requested by management.
- Assist in regular backups and data audits.
- Identify and correct errors in data entry and report discrepancies.
- Follow company policies, procedures, and data entry standards.

**Qualifications & Skills**:

- High school diploma (Bachelor’s degree preferred).
- Proven experience as a Data Entry Operator or similar role.
- Fast typing skills (minimum 35-40 WPM with high accuracy).
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word) and familiarity with databases.
- Ability to handle confidential information responsibly.
- Good communication skills and ability to work independently or in a team.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
