E-commerce Executive

**Key Responsibilities**:
- Manage day-to-day e-commerce operations on platforms such as Amazon, Myntra, Nykaa, Shopify Website
- Create and optimize product listings (descriptions, images, and keywords) to improve visibility and sales performance.
- Monitor inventory levels, forecast demand, and assist in replenishment to ensure product availability.
- Coordinate and execute promotions and marketing campaigns to drive traffic and conversions.
- Analyze sales data and customer feedback to generate insights and enhance the customer experience.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement SEO and PPC strategies.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries, managing returns, and resolving issues in a timely manner.
- Stay up-to-date with e-commerce trends, tools, and best practices to continuously improve performance.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (preferred).
- Proven experience in e-commerce management or a related role.
- Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms and digital marketing techniques.
- Proficiency in data analysis with the ability to interpret sales metrics.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing multiple tasks effectively.
- Familiarity with website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) is a plus.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
