**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Data Entry**:

- Accurately input data from various sources, including paper documents, digital files, and online forms.
- Ensure data is entered correctly, following established formats and guidelines.
- Verify the accuracy and completeness of data before finalizing input.
- **Data Validation**:

- Review and cross-check data for errors, inconsistencies, and missing information.
- Identify and resolve any data quality issues promptly.
- Implement quality control measures to maintain data accuracy.
- **Data Organization**:

- Organize and maintain electronic and paper records for easy retrieval.
- Develop and maintain efficient filing systems.
- Ensure data is accessible and secure.
- **Reporting**:

- Generate reports and summaries as required, using data analysis tools if necessary.
- Provide data-driven insights to support decision-making.
- **Compliance**:

- Follow company policies and procedures related to data handling and storage.

**Required Skills and Qualifications**:

- Strong typing skills with a focus on accuracy.
- Meticulous attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace (Forms, Sheets).
- Ability to identify and resolve data entry issues.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Effective communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Minimum educational requirement: Graduate degree.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Experience with data entry software or databases.
- Ability to learn new software and systems quickly.

**Working Conditions**:

- Work is performed in an office setting.
- May involve repetitive tasks and prolonged computer use.
