**Position Overview**:
The Production Associate plays a crucial role in overseeing and managing the production process.

Responsible for supervising and monitoring production activities, this role ensures efficiency and quality

throughout the production cycle. The Production Associate is also tasked with collecting and recording

production data to facilitate analysis and optimization of processes.

**Key Responsibilities**

Coordinate with production team members to optimize workflow and address any issues or bottlenecks that arise during production.

Responsible for timely and accurate updating of reports in SAP software, ensuring error-free data entry.

Collect and record production data accurately, including production output, downtime, and any

**Quality issues encountered.**

Collaborate with the quality assurance team to implement corrective actions and continuous

improvement initiatives based on production data analysis.

Support production staff on standard operating procedures (SOPs) and safety protocols to

ensure compliance and proficiency in job roles.

Maintain inventory levels of raw materials and supplies necessary for production activities.

Assist in the development and implementation of production plans and strategies to meet

organizational goals and targets.

Participate in team meetings, performance evaluations, and continuous improvement initiatives

to enhance production efficiency and effectiveness.

**Qualifications and Skills**:
**Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., engineering, business) preferred.**

2-3 years of relevant experience in a production or manufacturing environment.

Excellent communication skills.

Experience in working on SAP- PP, QM & PM

Understanding of quality standards and health & safety regulations.

Comfortable working under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
