Export Documentation Executive

We are looking for an export documentation executive who can be detail-oriented and ensure smooth export operations and compliance. An initial training session will be provided to familiarize them with the platform and working style.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Prepare and verify all export documents, including invoices, packing lists, bills of lading, certificates of origin, and other relevant documents as per client and country requirements.
- Ensure documents comply with import/export regulations and standards.
- Ensure timely submission of shipping documents to customers and banks.
- Ensure compliance with government policies, trade agreements, and documentation guidelines.
- Maintain accurate records of shipments, export documentation, and correspondence.
- Update and track shipping schedules and documentation timelines.
- Address and resolve discrepancies or delays in documentation or shipment processes.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Proven experience in export documentation or a similar role.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to handle multiple tasks under pressure.
- Effective communication and problem-solving skills.
