Inbound and Outbound Calls: Handle a high volume of inbound calls from customers, addressing their inquiries, providing product information, and ensuring a positive customer experience. Make outbound calls to potential customers to drive sales.

Sales Promotion: Actively engage in promoting sales by understanding customer needs, showcasing product features, and upselling where applicable.

Query Resolution: Effectively resolve customer complaints, concerns, and issues in a timely and professional manner, ensuring customer satisfaction.

Product Knowledge: Stay updated on product features, specifications, and promotions to provide accurate information to customers and enhance sales opportunities.

Order Processing: Assist customers with order placement, tracking, cancellations, and returns. Work closely with other departments to ensure efficient order fulfillment.

Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain positive relationships with customers, fostering loyalty and repeat business.

Documentation: Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions, feedback, and sales transactions.

**Salary**: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
