**Job Title: Career Counselor**

As a Career Counselor, your primary responsibility is to provide guidance and support to students and parents in making informed decisions about their careers. You will utilize psychometric tests and other assessment tools to evaluate individuals' strengths, interests, and aptitudes, helping them identify suitable career paths. Additionally, you will offer personalized guidance and resources to assist students in achieving their academic and career goals.

**Responsibilities**:

- **Conduct Psychometric Tests**: Administer psychometric assessments to students to assess their interests, personality traits, skills, and values.
- **Interpret Test Results**: Analyze and interpret the results of psychometric tests to identify patterns, strengths, and areas for development in students' career preferences.
- **Provide Career Counseling**: Offer one-on-one counseling sessions to students and parents to discuss career aspirations, goals, and challenges. Provide guidance on educational pathways, training programs, and career opportunities.
- **Develop Individualized Career Plans**: Collaborate with students to develop personalized career plans based on their interests, strengths, and career objectives. Assist in setting short-term and long-term goals to achieve career success.
- **Offer Information and Resources**: Provide information about various career options, industries, job market trends, and educational institutions. Offer resources such as career literature, online tools, and workshops to support career exploration.
- **Facilitate Workshops and Seminars**: Organize workshops, seminars, and group sessions on career-related topics such as resume writing, interview skills, job search strategies, and professional development.
- **Stay Updated on Industry Trends**: Keep abreast of current trends and developments in the job market, higher education, and vocational training. Maintain knowledge of emerging careers, skills in demand, and industry-specific requirements.
- **Collaborate with Educational Institutions**: Establish partnerships with schools, colleges, universities, and vocational training centers to deliver career counseling services. Coordinate with teachers, administrators, and guidance counselors to support students' career development initiatives.
- **Maintain Confidentiality**: Ensure confidentiality and privacy of students' personal information, test results, and counseling sessions. Adhere to ethical standards and guidelines in counseling practices.
- **Evaluate Program Effectiveness**: Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of career counseling programs and services. Collect feedback from students and parents to identify areas for improvement and enhancement.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Counseling, Psychology, Education, or related field.
- Certification or training in career counseling, psychometric testing, or vocational assessment.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Empathy, patience, and the ability to build rapport with students and parents.
- Knowledge of career development theories, counseling techniques, and assessment tools.
- Familiarity with educational pathways, job market trends, and industry sectors.
- Previous experience in counseling, education, or related fields is desirable.

Pay: From ₹18,000.00 per month
