Are you a seasoned Career Counselor with a strong background in psychometric testing? We are seeking an experienced professional to join our team and play a key role in guiding individuals towards fulfilling and rewarding career paths.

**Responsibilities and Roles**:
**Career Counseling**:

- Conduct one-on-one career counseling sessions with individuals to understand their interests, skills, and goals.
- Provide expert guidance on career options, educational paths, and skill development based on in-depth discussions and assessments.

**Psychometric Testing**:

- Administer psychometric assessments to evaluate individuals' aptitudes, interests, and personality traits.
- Analyze and interpret psychometric test results to provide insightful recommendations for career development.

**Individualized Planning**:

- Develop personalized career plans for clients, considering their strengths, weaknesses, and aspirations.
- Stay updated on industry trends and job market dynamics to provide relevant and current advice.

**Resource Navigation**:

- Assist individuals in navigating educational resources, professional certifications, and skill development programs to enhance their employability.

**Requirements**:

- Master's degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Career Counselor with expertise in psychometric testing.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Certification in psychometric testing is highly desirable.
- Empathy and the ability to connect with individuals from diverse backgrounds.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.

**Salary**: Up to ₹45,000.00 per month
