Our core operations include private labeling, OEM, PCD franchise, and third-party manufacturing, serving clients across India and internationally. We are looking to expand our team with a dedicated and detail-oriented Third-Party Manufacturing Executive to manage and streamline our growing manufacturing operations.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Vendor & Production Coordination:

- Work with third-party manufacturers to manage daily production activities.
- Ensure timely production, dispatch, and delivery of goods.
- Maintain good relationships with existing vendors and help find new ones.
- Order & Inventory Management:

- Plan and monitor production schedules based on sales needs.
- Coordinate with the purchase team for raw and packaging materials.
- Manage stock levels and oversee order dispatch.
- Quality & Documentation:

- Ensure all products meet company quality standards and follow regulations like GMP, AYUSH, and FSSAI.
- Maintain production documents like BMRs, BPRs, and invoices.
- Help during factory audits and inspections.
- Team Coordination:

- Work closely with sales, quality, logistics, and regulatory teams.
- Solve any issues related to production or supply.
- Reporting:

- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports on production and dispatch.
- Identify delays or problems and suggest improvements.
- Client Support (if needed):

- Share order updates with clients and sales teams.
- Help with packaging, labeling, and artwork as required.

**Qualifications & Skills Required**:

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (B.Sc., B.Pharm, MBA preferred).
- 2-5 years of experience in third-party manufacturing or production (Ayurveda, Pharma, or FMCG).
- Basic knowledge of GMP and manufacturing processes.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Comfortable using MS Office, Excel, and inventory software.
- Able to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
