**DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES**

1) Career Counselling for prospective applicants, both over the phone and in-Person
(if required), during the admission process, entitled for Telephonic Counselling,
Direct Counselling.

2) Helping students to choose the right course.

3) Managing complete admission process

4) Regular follow up with leads

5) Converting students and inquiries to admissions

6) Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly enrollment targets

7) Willingness to work in extra time if required

8) Dedicated to work and creating your own targets.

11) Reporting the issues faced by the students to the managers.

ABM, AGM on time.

13) Proper feedbacks and reporting are a must.

14) Should be active in WhatsApp group and response in the group is a must.

15) Experienced based on IT training institute is a plus.

**Qualifications**:
Bachelor's degree in Counseling, Education, Psychology, or a related field. Master’s degree preferred.

Proven experience as a Course Counselor with a minimum of 3 years in an educational setting.

Strong knowledge of academic programs, admission processes, and career development.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Ability to empathize and connect with students while maintaining professionalism.

Familiarity with career assessment tools and counseling techniques.

Proficient in using educational and counseling software.
