**Position**:Cost and Inventory Controller

**Job Responsibilities: **
- Controlling variable costs for all outlets of the company.
- Setting up and executing controls best practices, including inventory management, inventory valuation, analysing rate contracts, quality and quantity audits, menu pricing, variance analysis, researching the latest market trends and generating reports.
- Effectively controlling costs as per set standards.
- Setting up systems to check on wastage, pilferage, and dead stocks and improving overall efficiency.
- Ensuring proper recipe management and preparing variance analysis for food and beverage costs for companies in the F & B division.
- Checking and verifying Invoices, complimentary & void bills and discounts. Verifying all settlements done on POS systems.
- Working with the operations team to price products with required gross margins and checking the accuracy of the POS system.
- Ensuring periodical review and monthly closure of all inventory counts and valuations with the operations and purchase teams.
- Undertake period inventory and asset audits across locations.
- Liaise and plan inventory movements between locations cost-effectively and operationally efficiently.
- Providing inventory valuation, closing stock, and other reports for MIS requirements.
- Should be a graduate with 6-8 years of experience in controls with a focus on Inventory management in a reputed retail chain establishment.
- Honest, sincere and diligent.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Good analytics and reporting skills.
- Operationally fluent with POS, MMS and MS Office (O365).
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
