- Answer and direct phone calls in a polite and professional manner.
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries.
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as needed.
- Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and conference rooms.
- Prepare and distribute correspondence, memos, letters, and forms.
- Assist with document management, filing, and organization.
- Handle basic bookkeeping tasks, such as expense tracking and invoice processing.
- Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and other documents.
- Provide administrative support to executives and team members as requested.
- Ensure office cleanliness and tidiness, including organizing common areas.
- Assist with special projects and events as needed.

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Supplemental pay types:

- Performance bonus
