Responsibilities:

- **Instruction and Classroom Management**:

- Deliver high-quality, interactive lessons that cater to different learning styles and abilities.
- Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages student participation and critical thinking.
- Effectively manage classroom behavior and create a safe and respectful learning atmosphere.
- **Assessment and Feedback**:

- Design and administer assessments to evaluate student understanding and progress.
- Provide constructive feedback to students, parents, and administrators regarding academic performance and areas for improvement.
- **Individualized Support**:

- Offer additional support and guidance to students who may require extra assistance in understanding economic concepts.
- Collaborate with colleagues, parents, and support staff to address individual student needs.
- **Professional Development**:

- Stay informed about developments in the field of economics and education through continuous learning and professional development opportunities.
- Participate in staff meetings, workshops, and conferences to enhance teaching skills and contribute to the school's academic community.
- **Communication**:

- Maintain open and effective communication with students, parents, and colleagues regarding academic progress, upcoming events, and other relevant information.
- Collaborate with other teachers and departments to create interdisciplinary learning experiences.

**Salary**: ₹55,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
