**Job Summary**:
As the Chief Marketing Officer, you will be responsible for developing and executing a robust marketing strategy to enhance our brand presence, drive customer acquisition, and support business growth. **Key Responsibilities**:

Identify and prioritize key marketing initiatives to drive brand awareness and customer engagement.

**Market Research and Insights**:
Conduct market research to understand the competitive landscape and identify opportunities for growth.

Stay informed about industry trends, customer behavior, and regulatory changes in the business setup sector in Dubai.

**Digital Marketing Leadership**:
Implement data-driven strategies to optimize online presence and generate qualified leads.

**Brand Development**:
Lead the development and management of the company's brand identity, ensuring consistency and resonance with the Dubai market.

Collaborate with internal teams to align brand messaging with business objectives.

**Team Collaboration**:
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, operations, and IT, to align marketing initiatives with overall business strategies.

Provide guidance and support to the marketing team, fostering a collaborative and innovative work culture.

**Budget Management**:
Develop and manage the marketing budget, optimizing resources for maximum impact.

Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to assess the effectiveness of marketing campaigns.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- 5+Proven experience as a senior marketing executive, ideally in the professional services sector.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to drive results in a remote work environment.
- Demonstrated success in developing and implementing marketing strategies that contribute to business growth.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strategic mindset with a focus on both short-term and long-term business objectives.
