**Job Description and Qualifications**
- Rotoflow - Aftermarket Field Service Coordinator (Customer Care)
- Rotoflow, An Air Products Business, is a full-service turbomachinery OEM - providing a wide-range of new equipment solutions and aftermarket services to our customers globally in market segments such as industrial gases, petrochemicals, and hydrocarbons.- ***

- This position reports to the Global Field Service Manager, based in the USA.**RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- A strong focus on safety and the dedication to the principles of the Air Products BSP
- Strong planning, interpersonal, verbal/written communication, and decision-making skills
- Responsible for the coordination of all field service activities including maintaining the support schedule for the group
- Coordinate all travel for international trips for the Aftermarket Field Service Engineers. This includes understanding various requirements for international travel and acquiring necessary visas and work passes
- Coordinate sap charge numbers for FSE’s to accurately allocate time charging, creating folders to store all reports, documents, and trip details, updating the management system weekly for accuracy of trip status
- Review trip reports for accuracy and ensure each document is written correctly and presentable to our customers
- Consolidate receipts and related documentation needed to submit to the customer
- Calculating field service actuals at the conclusion of each trip for timely invoicing
- Manage all Passport, Twic card, Bosiet and other external trainings and ensure recertifications are maintained and current
- Demonstrate effective oral and written communication skills; maintain free and open communication
- Manage and ensure expense reports are complete and accurate on a monthly basis
- Requisition Management for all field service activities
- Understand industrial safe work processes and standards in the ASU, hydrocarbon and petrochemical environments

**QUALIFICATIONS**:

- Proficient in travel coordination and processing visas for entry into international locations
- Excellent business writing knowledge for report reviewing
- SAP knowledge preferred
- ServiceMax experience a plus
- Concur experience a plus
- Proficient with PC programs such as Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, etc.
- Excellent attention to detail
- The ability to work collaboratively across the business to perform responsibilities with minimum direction from management
- The ability to work off hours and weekends to support the field service business
- The ability to understand, implement, and meet the schedule commitments to meet critical customer completion requirements
- A strong safety focus, with a full understanding of the applicability of Government EHS regulations and the Company’s Global EHS policies and procedures
