**Job Title**: Sales Expert / Jewellery Consultant
**Location**: Indore

**Reports To**: Store Manager / Sales Manager
**Employment Type**: Full-time

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Greet and engage customers in a warm, professional manner.
- Understand customer preferences and provide personalized jewellery recommendations.
- Explain product features, quality, pricing, and care instructions.
- Achieve and exceed individual and store sales targets.
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of current collections, product specifications, and upcoming trends.
- Build long-term relationships with clients through excellent service and follow-ups.
- Manage customer queries and handle complaints efficiently and gracefully.
- Assist with merchandising, stock management, and display arrangements.
- Stay updated on product knowledge, new arrivals, and promotional campaigns.
- Ensure high standards of cleanliness and organization on the sales floor.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in retail sales; experience in luxury or jewellery sales is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities.
- Presentable, well-groomed, and professional appearance.
- Passionate about jewellery, fashion, and customer service.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with POS systems.
- Fluency in [insert relevant languages - e.g., English, Hindi, regional language].

**Education**:

- High School Diploma or equivalent (minimum requirement).
- Diploma or certification in Retail Management, Gemology, or related fields is a plus.

**Compensation**:

- Competitive salary + sales incentives/commission.
- Additional benefits as per company policy.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
