**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Serve as the go-to expert for insurance sales processes, products, and best practices.
- Support sales teams by providing guidance on product positioning, objection handling, and compliance.
- Conduct training sessions and workshops to improve team performance and product knowledge.
- Develop and maintain training materials, FAQs, and sales scripts.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Operations, Compliance) to ensure consistent communication and execution of sales strategies.
- Monitor and analyze sales data to identify areas for improvement and recommend actionable solutions.
- Stay updated on industry trends, regulatory changes, and competitive landscape.
- Provide support in new product launches and ensure sales teams are well-prepared to promote them.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Insurance, Finance, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- 3-5 years of experience in insurance sales or training, with strong product knowledge (Motor, Health, or General Insurance).
- Proven track record of achieving or supporting sales targets.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Familiarity with IRDAI regulations and compliance guidelines.
- Ability to train, coach, and motivate large sales teams.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,589.02 - ₹40,000.00 per month
