**About Executive - Sales Support**:
We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented PPT Specialist to join our Sales Support team as Executive - Sales Support. This entry-level role is ideal for someone with a flair for visual storytelling, strong MS PowerPoint skills, and a keen eye for layout and design. You will work closely with the Sales, Marketing, and Business Development teams to build compelling client-facing presentations, proposals, and internal sales enablement content.

**Roles & Responsibilities**:

- Create visually engaging PowerPoint presentations for client pitches, proposals, and internal meetings.
- Translate technical or strategic content into clear, compelling visual slides.
- Ensure consistency in formatting, style, branding, and message alignment.
- Collaborate with the sales and business development team to understand the messaging and tailor decks accordingly.
- Maintain and update the central repository of sales templates and pitch decks.
- Assist in formatting Excel charts, graphs, and dashboards when required.
- Support quick-turnaround requests and revisions with speed and accuracy.

**Requirements**:
**Prerequisites**:

- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (Design, Marketing, Mass Comm, or related fields preferred).
- 0-1 year of experience in a similar role (internships/freelance work acceptable).
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and familiarity with MS Office Suite.
- Basic knowledge of graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Illustrator, or Photoshop) is a plus.
- Excellent visual storytelling, layout, and formatting skills.
- Good command of written English and business communication.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks under tight deadlines.
- A positive attitude with a willingness to learn and adapt.
