ChessEasy Academy is seeking talented and passionate chess tutors to join our team. As a Chess Tutor, you will be responsible for providing personalized chess instruction to students, both individually and in group settings. You will work closely with students to assess their current skill levels, develop tailored lesson plans, and guide them in improving their understanding of chess principles, tactics, and strategies.

**Responsibilities**:

- Conducting one-on-one chess lessons with students based on their skill levels and learning objectives.
- Leading group chess classes, workshops, and seminars.
- Assessing students' strengths, weaknesses, and areas for improvement.
- Developing customized lesson plans and curriculum to suit individual student needs.
- Teaching fundamental chess principles, opening theory, middle game strategies, endgame techniques, and tactical patterns.
- Providing constructive feedback and guidance to students to help them progress.
- Organizing and overseeing chess tournaments, matches, and practice sessions.
- Keeping abreast of current trends and developments in the world of chess to enhance teaching methodologies.

**Requirements**:

- Strong proficiency in chess with a solid understanding of chess principles, tactics, and strategies.
- Previous experience teaching or coaching chess, preferably to students of varying ages and skill levels.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to tailor instruction to meet the diverse learning needs of students.
- Patience, enthusiasm, and a passion for teaching chess.
- Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
- Certification from recognized chess organizations or federations (preferred, but not required).
