We are looking to hire enthusiastic and talented freshers as ERP Implementation Trainer. As an ERP Implementation Trainer, you will play a crucial role in Key Liaison, working in all phases of software implementations, supporting teams in configuration, and issue resolution (Queries). You will get an opportunity to work on various projects and gain hands-on experience.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Understanding of ERP solutions
- Previous Garment Merchandising experience would be an added advantage
- Ability to manage multiple customer relationships
- Address the issues of customers
- Interact with the support team to highlight customer issues
- Ability to communicate with customers through various mediums
- Prior knowledge of implementing software would be helpful
- Prior knowledge of the Fashion industry would be really helpful
- Prior knowledge of fashion/manufacturing ERP would be helpful

CHALLENGES:

- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Excellent communication skills within the team and with other teams and clients.

MUST HAVE:

- Any Graduate
- Experience: 0-4yrs
- Good communication skills & knowledge of the industry
- Ready to travel
- Ability to communicate with customers through various mediums

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: From ₹300,000.00 per year

- Fixed shift
- Morning shift
