Responsibilities :


- Lead end-to-end ERP implementation Microsoft Dynamics

- Monitor progress, resolve issues, and ensure timely delivery within budget and quality expectations.

- Engage with departments (Production, SCM, Finance, Sales, R&D, Maintenance, Projects) to understand current processes.

- Align ERP functionalities with business requirements through gap analysis.

- Identify opportunities for process improvements and automation using ERP tools.

- Collaborate with functional heads to drive user adoption and manage expectations.

- Lead training and onboarding sessions for end-users and super users.

- Liaise with ERP vendors, consultants, and system integrators for timely support and Support & Continuous Improvement : :


- Bachelors degree in Engineering / Computer Science / IT; MBA or certification in Project Management (PMP/Prince2) preferred.

- 5+ years of experience in ERP implementation and support, preferably in a manufacturing

setup.

- Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, inventory management, costing, and finance

modules.

- Experience with ERP systems relevant to manufacturing
