- Key Responsibilities:

- Installation, configuration, and maintenance of EPABX systems and intercoms.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to EPABX systems and intercoms.
- Perform regular system checks and preventive maintenance.
- Handle cable installations, terminations, and testing.
- Provide on-site technical support and repairs.
- Coordinate with clients for system upgrades and troubleshooting.
- Ensure high customer satisfaction through timely and effective service delivery.
- Required Skills & Qualifications:

- Minimum 4-5 years of hands-on experience working with EPABX systems and intercom solutions.
- Strong technical knowledge of EPABX installations, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
- Familiarity with various EPABX brands and models.
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics.
- Good communication skills and ability to interact with clients.
- Knowledge of network integration for IP-based intercom systems is a plus.
- Valid driver's license (required).
