**A Day in the Life**
- Be an expert in the all things data - cleaning, exploring, analyzing, reporting, visualizing.
- Collaborate closely with internal and external stakeholders on data based research projects.
- Conduct in-depth data investigations to assess and address quality, completeness, and usability of multi-modal real world data
- Own the delivery of high quality analytics grade data solutions.
- Contribute functions, algorithms, and business rules to R packages and Github repositories to increase efficiency and reproducibility of analyses

**What You Need**
- Bachelors degree in data science, AI/ML, statistics or related quantitative discipline (Advanced degree preferred)
- 4+ years of relevant work experience in epidemiological research, life sciences, and/or RWD analysis
- Proficiency with statistical modeling methods, including time-to-event analysis (TTE), and methodology expertise with observational datasets
- Strong proficiency in querying databases with SQL
- Strong proficiency in programming languages (R preferred)
- Experience or familiarity with medical coding sets (e.g. HCPCS, ICD, CPT, SNOMED, LOINC, and NDC)
- Experience working with EHR, claims, imaging, labs and other RWD is a plus
- Proactive and enjoys the data discovery process, digging deep and getting hands-on with data
- Has an inquisitive mindset to constantly test assumptions and effectively communicate findings to both a technical and non-technical audience
