**About the Role**: As a Data Scientist, you will play a pivotal role in analyzing and interpreting complex data to help drive strategic business decisions. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, marketing, and business development, to develop data-driven solutions that enhance organizational performance. Your expertise in statistical modeling, machine learning, and data analysis will be crucial in uncovering valuable insights and contributing to the optimization of business processes, products, and services.
**What you’ll do**:

- Advanced proficiency in Python and R for data analysis, machine learning, and data visualization. Familiarity with Scala or Java is a plus.
- Extensive experience with machine learning algorithms (both supervised and unsupervised), neural networks, and deep learning frameworks such as TensorFlow or PyTorch.
- Strong understanding of data warehousing solutions, ETL processes, and experience with SQL and NoSQL databases (e.g., MySQL, MongoDB, Cassandra).
- Experience with big data technologies such as Hadoop, Spark, and Kaza for processing large datasets.
- Proficiency in any cloud computing services (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud Platform) for deploying scalable machine learning models and data processing pipelines.
- Proficiency in data visualization tools and libraries (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Matplotlib, Seaborn) to communicate findings and insights.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to mentor and guide a team of data scientists and engineers.
- Excellent communication skills, capable of explaining complex technical details to non-technical stakeholders.

**What you’ll need**:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, or a related field. A Master's or Ph.D. is a plus.
- Strong proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, or SQL.
- Experience with data manipulation and analysis libraries (e.g., Pandas, NumPy, SciPy).
- Knowledge of machine learning algorithms and frameworks (e.g., scikit-learn, TensorFlow, Keras, PyTorch).
- Familiarity with big data technologies (e.g., Hadoop, Spark).
- Strong understanding of data visualization tools (e.g., Matplotlib, Tableau, Power BI).
- Experience with data cleaning, preprocessing, and feature engineering.
